RESCANNING YOUR SET TOP BOX
 
1. Turn On your TV and your Digital Satellite Receiver (set top box.)
 
2. Use LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys to move in the menu window. Select “INSTALLATION”.
 
3. Press OK button to enter the INSTALLATION menu.
 
4. Use UP/DOWN arrow keys to move in the INSTALLATION menu. Select “AUTO SEARCH” sometimes called “AUTO SCAN or AUTO NAVIGATION”.
 
5. Press “SCAN” button to start scanning your Satellite receiver.
 
6. Wait for the satellite receiver to finish scanning. Then, SAVE and EXIT.
 
7. Check the Channel List to know the channels you received. If you received BBC World News and Euro News. You surely received ACQKBN.
 
Note: While set-top boxes are not with the same menus and GUIs (Graphical User Interface),please send us your STB's brand name and model for better support.
